My client, who are in the Finance sector and based in Milton Keynes are seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives!
They are looking for individuals to share there company culture both with their customers and merchants. The primary responsibilities of this position require effective communication with customers and merchants over the phone, discussing loan applications, answering general enquiries and giving clear explanation regarding the customer's account information and/or assisting merchant partners with their in-store needs and instructions. Outside of this, a core requirement is contacting customers who are struggling to make their payments so you will need to have an empathetic nature.
About the role:
•Primarily inbound calls answering questions for
customers/merchants
•Listening to customer/merchant needs and resolving any issues they may have
•Contacting customers to discuss arrears and agreeing payment plans
•Onboarding administration and underwriting
•Other duties as assigned by the department manager
About you:
•Friendly and helpful, coupled with a great attitude!
•Able to manage multiple tasks at one time in a fast-paced environment
•Enjoys a work hard, play hard environment
•Communicates effectively to customers and employees, verbally or written
•Must be able complete simple math equations (add, subtract, multiply & divide using fractions, decimals or whole numbers)
