We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist private training provider, who are looking for a Quality and Delivery Manager to join their team in Essex. This role will be responsible for supporting their Apprenticeship and ESF provision from both a quality and operational perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading and managing a delivery team across the Essex region

* Managing the development and implementation of curriculums

* Managing and assessing the delivery of learning through a variety of different methods

* Developing a relevant and robust quality improvement process and managing the quality assurance process

* Ensuring all targets for retention and achievement rates are met

* Staff management including recruitment, performance management and development

The ideal candidate will have a managerial background within the FE/ Apprenticeship sector with experience across both Quality and Operations. You will need to have proven experience of development curriculums, implementing new qualifications/ standards as well as the ability to write a self-assessment report and develop quality improvement processes.


* Relevant Assessing/ Quality Assurance qualifications

Salary & Benefits:

* Salary of £35,000 plus company benefits package
