My client is a family run business that has been established for over 30 years and are a market leader within their sector. Due to further expansion within the business they are now looking to appoint a Sales Assistant to join their showroom based in Farnham, Surrey.

Role responsibilities of a Sales Assistant:

* Welcoming customers into the showroom in a polite and friendly manner

* Helping customers purchase the right products by listening to their needs and requirements and showing them relevant products to match their needs

* Confidently demonstrate the products to customers

* Keeping up to date with new products to the market

* Replenishment of stock

* Receiving deliveries from suppliers

* Other duties as directed by the Branch Manager

Role requirements of a Sales Assistant:

* Experienced working within a customer facing retail role or within a customer care role is essential

* Must be a friendly, personable and approachable person

* Strong listening skills and must have patience when dealing with customers

* Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment

* Organised and reliable team player
