An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Accounts Assistant (with a view to going Permanent) to join a thriving property company based in Sale, Manchester.

The successful candidate will be someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic and reliable. You must be presentable, an excellent written and verbal communicator, willing to learn and able to use your own initiative.

You will have had some previous experience working within an office environment and must have experience in using Microsoft office packages and Sage 50.

You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and an investigative nature.

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all general accounts tasks, including but not limited to;

* Bank reconciliations

* Completing weekly contractor payment runs

* Creating and logging invoices

* Processing and paying staff expense claims

* Debt reporting

* Reporting on cash levels

* Analysis and projection of weekly income

* Managing journals and pre-payments

* Liaising with suppliers

* Assisting with management accounts production

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am - 5.30pm

Duration: 4 Weeks (could possibly go Permanent)

Pay: £9ph-£11ph

Start: ASAP
