The ONE Group are currently engaging with one of Northamptonshire's largest employers whilst they reshape their Northampton finance team. They are now currently on the look out for a Finance Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

This role is a far cry from your traditional Accounts Assistant position, it will see you taking up a role within a niche area of the companies finance set up and will be focused highly on analysing and inputting data, speaking with stakeholders on a regular basis and dealing with a high number of invoices.

So what type of person do they need? Personality is key for the position, if you are an established administrator with a proven tack record of working as part of larger team then great. If you are an up and coming finance professional who has recently graduated or currently going through your AAT studies then that works too, but the main thing they will need to see from you is a drive to succeed and a passion for the business you will be working for!

The salary for the role will be around £20,000 and study support will be provided for the right candidate, this will come with a number of fantastic benefits.
