Accounts and Payroll Assistant
Marine Holiday Park and Tan Rallt are part of Pario Leisure Group which is predominately involved in holiday parks, including both sales of holiday homes to the public and accommodating holidaymakers. The Group currently owns two holiday parks with an ongoing strategy for expansion.
Marine Holiday Park is an award-winning 4-star family orientated holiday park housing 515 caravans with superb facilities, and has recently benefited from a £2.5 million investment on brand new caravans for 2018. The Hire Fleet includes 100 caravans across five categories of Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Disabled caravans, plus Lodges.
Tan Rallt is an award winning 5-star holiday park with breath taking panoramic views of the Clwydian hills and countryside, and boasts an acclaimed restaurant, along with a spa and gym. The park has 150 caravans, plus a mixed fleet of 25 lodges.
What will this role of Accounts and Payroll Assistant entail?
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, as the Accounts and Payroll Assistant you will take a proactive and organised approach to supporting the fast-paced finance function across both Marine Holiday Park and Tan Rallt. You’ll have a varied role, where your duties will include:
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts records on Sage Line 50
* Inputting purchase invoices and processing supplier payments
* Dealing with supplier queries that arise with regards to the purchase ledger
* Generating sales invoices and allocating payments
* Completing bank reconciliations
* Chasing outstanding debts by liaising with clients via phone and email
* Assisting with the weekly and monthly payroll
What will I need to be considered for this Accounts and Payroll Assistant vacancy?
You will be flexible and highly motivated, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. In addition, you will have;
* Proven experience within a busy accounts environment including maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers
* Good working knowledge of Sage Line 50
* Accurate and timely data entry skills
* IT literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Although not essential, experience of using Sage Payroll would be highly advantageous. However, full training will be provided.

Salary: Starting at £20,000, with a salary review after three month probation period
Contract Type: Permanent, full time hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Location: Rhyl (Denbighshire, North Wales). Easily accessible, within 5 minutes of the A55.
