Ashberry Recruitment are looking for Specialist Support Workers to work within a supported Housing project in Nottingham close to the city centre. The project is tailored to support male victims of trafficking and modern day slavery.

£10.78 - £12.36 per hour

Hours: 40 with participation in on call duties and evenings and weekends.

As a Specialist Support Worker you will be responsible for clients to achieve positive outcomes.

Duties & responsibilities include:

• Providing support to victims of trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour and any other forms of human trafficking.

• Working with high risk clients and multi-agencies including the police, local authority and the Home Office.
• Manage a caseload ensuring the services users receive the necessary support.

• Plan and delver support service which promotes client choice and control and ensures clients make positive life choices.
• Ensure the safety and security of the project whilst on duty.
• Identify and asses any risks and needs of the clients.

• Develop individual support plans and provide one-to-one support to the clients.
• Be aware of the well-being of residents.
• Provide relevant information at handover.
• Maintain the log book of night incidents and record all relevant information.
• Be aware of the specific safety and security needs of the residents and property during patrols.
