Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire

Rate of pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

We have an exciting opportunity to support one of our clients on a temporary basis for a minimum for 3 months. We are looking for a candidate with a strong experience in a financial administration role. You will be working closely to time scales and be responsible for ensuring all functional areas of the role are completed accurately and support on going cash flow management activities.

Responsibilities will include:

* Liaise with other department to support the resolutions of queries

* Performing analysis on key customer accounts

* Investigate funds placed into the suspense account

* Researching, analysing and correcting any misapplied payments

* Completion of accounts, identifying and recording all payments

* Investigate, report and action unallocated cash

What we are looking for:

* Prior 12 month administrative experience

* Experience in an Accounts Receivable role

* High level of numeracy and accuracy

* Meticulous approach to transaction recording and audit trail

* Ability to interpret and manage financial information and non-financial information

* Intermediate to advanced level of MS Excel and Word

* Team player

* Strong analytical and investigative skills
