Due to a retirement this small friendly family owned company is looking to fill a key role in their business, an Accounts/ general Office administrator.

The ideal candidate must be computer literate and have knowledge of the Sage package . The company currently uses Sage line 50s

This key role is of a general office administrator who has accounts knowledge ( sales ledger, purchase ledger and credit control)

Duties will include :

Sales and purchase ledger

Raising Invoices

Delivery notes

Keeping a manual cash book

Answering calls

Dealing with emails

Credit control duties ( chasing for payments)

There will be a handover period with the current employee . The ideal candidate will be happy to work in a small business environment , be flexible with duties carried out and be organised and responsible.
