Administrator sought for legal recruitment company. Based in Rendlesham, Woodbridge this role will be 4 or 5 days a week. There is some scope for shorter days if 5 days per week.

You will be working to support the work of the business. One focus will be on the data and maintaining and developing the database so a good eye for detail and an ability to focus on routine tasks will be imperative. An existing knowledge of the legal world would be helpful, or if not could easily be taught. The ability to be professional on the phone when dealing with a whole range of clients is vital. There will be a small amount of phone work which will involve talking to solicitors, businesses and legal professionals across the board.

Formatting / maintaining documents both in word and excel is an essential skill. The ability and attitude to learn new systems and to respond to changing needs is very important. If you have experience of exporting data and handling a wide variety of IT packages that would be useful. All the work that we do is highly confidential, handling people's careers.
