Workforce Planning Manager

Grade: Band 7 Salary Scale: £37570 - £44688 pro rata

Part time 22.5hpw, permanent

NHS Highland is going through an exciting period of change and development and an opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Planning Manager to support the Board in sustainable workforce risk analysis, integrated service, financial and workforce planning and the development of robust, sustainable and affordable workforce plans.

Working within the Human Resources Service the successful candidate will be experienced in advanced data analysis with a knowledge of the health and social care workforce. Workforce planning experience would also be preferred but is not essential.

If you have the ability to build effective relationships with managers at all levels, are customer focussed and willing to act as an enabler within the business, and are able to turn data into meaningful information then we will provide you with the support required to deliver an effective Workforce Planning function within NHS Highland.
