REED Accountancy are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business located in Bamber Bridge.
The role is initially temporary for a minimum of 2 months, however there is a good chance for the role to become permanent.
The role will begin immediately, so you are required to be immediately available or have a short notice period.
We are recruiting for this role due to expansion of the accounts function, and my client is looking to secure their new Credit Control / Sales Ledger as soon as they can.
The Role will require you to have experience of;
Responsibility for Sales ledger (Accounts Receivable)
Raising and posting sales invoices/credits to the ledgers and producing monthly statements
Accurately allocating receipts to the ledgers
Credit Control duties, ensuring debt is managed and controlled
Resolving any errors, discrepancies and queries to ensure prompt payment is received
Assistance with month end reconciliations and processes
Other adhoc duties within the finance team
The successful applicant will need to have a keen eye for attention to detail while being able to handle workload accordingly and meeting deadlines effectively.
The hourly pay rate will reflect a full time salary up to circa £22,000 per annum + benefits.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 37.5 per week, 9am – 5.30pm
