The Ideal Financial Case Manager Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a Financial Services background with a high street Bank or an established IFA as either; a Financial Advisor, Para-planner, Paralegal, Compliance Officer, Business Quality Manager or Senior IFA Administrator and you are looking to make a career move into the fastest growing sector within the Claims Management landscape of Mis-sold Financial Services and Products.

Our client is also willing to consider candidates that have a Claims Management background but only those who are at the top of their game and have lots of knowledge and experience in dealing with either/both; mis-sold Pensions and Investments.

Financial CAse Manager Role & Responsibilities:
Handling caseload of complex Pension and Investment mis-selling complaints against Financial Institutions in line with compliance and legislation.
Checking advisers Reports for the quality of advice given and establishing if the client has been mis-sold.
Checking files to ensure that the advice had been given in a compliant manner establishing if the client has been mis-sold.
Checking all compliance requirements were on the file; ie. Research, AML evidence, Terms of Business.
Completion of Client Fact Find interviews to exacting standards to ensure viability of complaint and potential outcomes.
Produced bespoke and individually tailored complaint report questioning the original pension/investment advice including the generation of complaint letters to Financial Institutions, FOS and submitting FSCS applications.
Effective case management ensuring cases progress in a timely manner, building rapport with Clients, dealing with any queries, logging information relating to each Client onto CRM System.
Work closely with the R&D team to identify new financial claims and establish new opportunities.

Financial Case Manager Experience:
Broad knowledge of the Financial Services sector and a detailed knowledge of the FCA's rules and requirements.
Ideally Studying towards Financial Services Qualifications.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Computer literate with a high level of excel ability desirable.
Use of CRM systems.

The Financial Case Manager Individual:
