The roleAs t Key to the expansion into multiple sites beyond the UK and Europe, the company has invested in new financial reporting and business intelligence systems that can deliver high-quality management information required for future strategic decisions.
As the Finance Systems Manager you will take responsibility for the integrity of the finance system, from design over introduction to every-day usage and continuous improvements.

You'll report directly to the Head of FP&A, working with all Finance Leads across the global network and partner system users from outside of finance.

Key duties include:
• Manage the relationship with the software provider
• Drive continuous improvement of systems and its use, such as managing changes and additional set ups, handling system updates and resolving any issues (together with Tech team)
• Own the integrity of systems data, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all records (particularly those interfaced from other systems); deliver regular exception reports to flag potential issues and risks
• Create and maintain process documentation to be shared with finance team globally, ensuring consistent best practice; provide ongoing training to finance and other users as and when needed
• Be go to' person for all finance and business users of new systems
• Take responsibility for ensuring financial reporting and business intelligence systems (together with other operational systems when needed) function efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Manage the process of upgrading the system as upgrades are released by the software provider

The successful candidate will possess:
• Experience of working within a finance function to deliver finance and operational system functionality and improvements (any large system)
• Strong accountancy background, particularly accounting principles, frameworks and operations, e.g. payroll
• Genuinely excited about the prospect of owning the continuous evolution of the financial reporting, business intelligence and other operational systems in line with the fast-pace growth of our business
