We're a rapidly growing online homeware retailer that is looking for a new QA lead to take ownership of the QA function. As our QA Lead, you'll oversee the testing function, leading the QA teams and pushing forward innovation and automation in testing.
We've recently expanded into many European countries, its technology and innovation that have allowed us to do this. We've put a great deal of emphasis on being as innovative as we can and this includes testing! As an online retailer and we're extremely tech focused, meaning we're the perfect company to join to upskill and be involved in cutting edge technology. We have a focus on automating testing where we can without compromising on quality. Meaning identification of areas that should be automated will be a key responsibility for the new QA Lead.
Our QA Lead will oversee the testing for the backend and the frontend, meaning you'll have experience testing end-to-end, but more importantly a passion for putting testing and QA at the heart of business development. We need our customers to get the best service out of our web-based and mobile applications, meaning the importance of testing cannot be underestimated.
As a QA Lead, you'll have had experience building or enhancing Selenium frameworks for automation. You'll also have experience in working in an agile environment and communicating with other aspects of the business.
