Assistant Marketing Project Co-ordinator (6-9 month contract)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client in the Harrogate area for an Assistant Marketing Project Co-ordinator!
They are market leading in their field and are looking for someone to join them on a contract basis 6 - 9 Months initially.
The Assistant Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the brand teams in delivering NPD and communications programmes, including managing the digital identity. This role is also responsible for coordinating the flow of projects from conception to completion for the Marketing Department, among other responsibilities.
Coordinates and oversees the timely flow of projects from conception through completion
Develops and manages project schedules for Marketing team to ensure projects are completed on time
Monitors job progress by tracking job schedules; routing work for approvals; tracking changes; communicating changes and project status; expediting requirements; resolving problems
Maintains records of elements, costs, and schedules of multiple projects
Serve as the key liaison between Marketing; Brand Design; Product Development; Social/PR; Operations, and Sales, among other groups/departments
Assist in marketing projects to end consumers, potentially including ad development, media planning, digital marketing, loyalty initiatives, social media programs, etc.
Responsible for managing all marketing assets according to brand guidelines of tone, product and imagery
Responsible for updating and maintaining imagery, product, and site information on Company and key customer/retail partner on-line websites
Having and Undergraduate degree in Marketing or a business related qualification is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Prior experience in a marketing role is essential.
You must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and using all digital media platforms. Being passionate and driven with a willingness to do what it takes to help the team is what they are looking for.
Contract position - 6 - 9 Months initially.
£22,000 - £23,000 Salary.
