PA / Secretary - Wealth Management Practice
Location: Bolton
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000 (12 Month Maternity Cover)

NJR Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a well known professional services firm operating from offices in Manchester and Bolton. A new and exciting role is available for a PA / Compliance Support Administrator to work from the offices in Bolton.

Forming part of the Wealth Management team, the successful candidate will support a team of Advisers in the provision of financial planning advice to clients. Daily duties will be varied and consist of:

  • Preparation and issue of general letters/mail merges.
  • Liaising with Recruitment Consultants, arranging interviews, issuing references, preparing HR files, following induction process.
  • Arranging 1-1 meetings for Admin staff, Paraplanners and Advisers. Preparation of documentation and subsequent follow up work.
  • Monitoring staff holidays/sickness.
  • Checking Expense claims.
  • Screening calls for Practice Manager in her absence.
  • Prepare and send out monthly Client Feedback Questionnaires.
  • Working closely with the marketing team and compliance to arrange the approval of website articles.
  • Preparing compliance procedures, Issuing/monitoring staff declarations.
  • Monitoring monthly knowledge tests/CPD.
  • Assisting in the preparation work for the External file checks.
  • Assisting in the preparation work for the Annual Compliance audit.

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Administrator - preferably within the financial Serves sector. You will have excellent knowledge of software packages such as Excel/Word/Outlook , as wells as solid communication and articulation skills.
