The Fleet Technology Operations Manager will take an active role in the functional leadership of the onboard technology roles and will be integral in ensuring high standards of support are maintained as well as providing regular reporting on-board incident / service request management against agreed operational and service level agreements.
Fleet Technology Operations Manager will also ensure strong links are developed and maintained between the on-board Technology and shore Technology functions.
We would expect you to have some previous experience in a similar role managing remote technical teams. Ideally you’ll have gained ITIL Foundation qualification, have a solid technical background and experience with leading and developing remote technology teams.
You will be a natural collaborators and have great interpersonal skills and ability to work with various remote technical SMEs in a large matrix environment. You’ll have an analytical approach to identifying issues and problems and developing solutions, as well as a very customer centric mindset to ensuring a quality technology services are delivered and maintained. You will naturally strive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
