Are you an experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) looking for an opportunity to work flexibly and enhance your pay rates? Do you have experience in a Community Mental health team carrying a caseload or carrying out assessments?
We are working with a Community team in Chorley looking for experienced Mental Health Nurses to support with increasing caseloads and extensive waiting lists. As a CPN you would be expected to carry out assessments, provide therapeutic treatments, liaise with multiple agencies and refer to appropriate services.
As a CPN your working hours can be flexible but would normally be 9-5pm or 8-4pm Monday-Friday depending on the needs of the service and clients, pay rates can differ depending on experience but are upwards of £20 per hour. Contracts available are between 3-6 months.

As a CPN you will be responsible for:
- Care planning
- Care Coordinating
- Depot injections
- Discharge planning
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Valid NMC PIN
- Experience in a Community Mental Health team
- Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication
