2nd / 3rd Line Support Team Leader Rate: £400PD - £450PD Start: ASAP End: December 2019 Location: Salford (5 Days a Week) My client in Salford is looking for someone to lead a 2nd & 3rd Line Support Team Leader. This role requires a dynamic and driven individual with excellent communication and customer facing skills to lead a team of 2nd / 3rd Line Engineers supporting a global workplace transformation programme. At a high level, the programme includes a rollout of: *Windows 10 *Office 365 services including OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams and Skype for Business, *Citrix *Intune MDM and MAM *A new managed print solution Reporting to the Technical Delivery Lead on the programme, you will: *Ensure that inbound tickets are correctly triaged and assigned to the appropriate support level *Manage the 2nd Line Support queue including monitoring response and resolution times *Maintain a knowledge repository that can be used to educate and inform the service desk and regional IT engineers. *Manage the application of evergreen security patches to Windows 10 devices ensuring they have been taken through the proper release cycle.
