This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Client as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be working within an inbound, driven team managing telephone orders and providing sales advice.

Main duties of a Customer Service Advisor:

* Understanding each customer’s needs & advise on products

* Liaising with trade customers

* Order processing

* Using Sage50 on sales order processing, invoicing & general account overview

* Follow up calls to trade customers & consumers

* Logging call data

Requirements of a Customer Service Advisor:

* Professional, confident and polite telephone manner

* Strong interpersonal skills

* A genuine passion for customer service

* Previous phone based and customer care experience

* The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of clients & colleagues

* Accuracy in all written and verbal communication

* Ability to solve problems quickly, work under pressure and to tight deadlines

* Experience using Sage50 would be beneficial

This is a 6 month contract based in Radcliffe - There is a potential permanent position available after the 6 month period for the right candidate.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm with weekend overtime available. Full training and support will be provided.
