THE COMPANY: An organisation based at the heart of Doncaster looking to support the infrastructure of Doncaster

THE JOB: The International Trade Officer’s main role is to support the Membership & International Trade Adviser with the completion of the International Trade documentation service for customers, support with the organisation of International Trade seminars/training and engage International Trade members/customers with Chamber services. This includes:

* Completing the necessary accreditation training and qualifications to provide the International Trade documentation service to customers

* Providing the International Trade documentation service to clients

* Managing documentation received through the online system

* Support with communication to International Trade businesses and promotion of

* Coordinate research projects into International trade

* Support the International Trade Adviser with other duties

This role will also include some events management.

THE PERSON: This is a great role and will suit someone who is looking to join an organisation on its way up. There will be full training given and the organisation will support the successful candidate to obtain and Import and Export qualification.

You will be looking for a role that will be full on where you will contribute to the whole organisation, you will need to be flexible in your approach and be happy to be hands on where needed.

This will be a very hands on role therefore you will need to have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

You will need to be proficient in Microsoft office and have to the ability to converse at all levels, there may be some need to work outside of normal working hours.
