THE COMPANY: A Not for Profit organisation are looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to support the organisation with Marketing and Publicity.

THE JOB: You will support the Head of Policy and Communications to develop a Marketing & Communications Strategy (Internal & External) that promotes all of the organisations activities including Membership, Events, International Trade, Doncaster Skills Academy, Business Support projects, Patrons as well as support the ongoing development of the new CRM and ensure it is updated with any relevant activity in a timely manner.

Duties will include:

* Creation & management of mini campaigns (strategy & tactics) such as writing flyers, adverts, copy, programmes.

* Co-manage and produce the content the website all social media platforms /activities including blogs/videos

* Record video blogs/podcasts and edit using online software

* Assist with editorial content for internal and external articles and publications including e-bulletins and partnerships with local media outlets

* Write, edit, proofread, distribute press releases, case studies, testimonials and develop and co-manage media relations

* Track online engagement (websites, social media platforms, MailChimp etc.), monitor against KPIs and use results to strategise ongoing marketing tactics

THE PERSON: You will need to have sound all round experience in all marketing channels including print and online and also have the ability to converse at all levels internally and externally.

You will need to be computer savvy and be flexible in your approach.
