Stuart at Coyne recruitment is looking to speak to an experienced Operations & performance manager within the Apprenticeship market. Our Client is North West based Grade 1 training, provider and is currently looking to recruit an exceptional Operations manager to join the senior management team and lead the organisation to future growth.

You will be an experienced Operations / Performance Manager from within the Apprenticeship market - specifically the professional services / white collar apprenticeship landscape. This training provider delivered 80% achievement last year and are operating at Ofsted G1. We are looking for a performance driven manager to inherit a fantastic delivery team, Quality team and work closely with other areas of the business to deliver a exceptional service to employers, learners and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for data savvy, Operations Managers who can improve Apprenticeship achievement rates, customer satisfaction and staff engagement. Your style will be supportive, inclusive and you will pride yourself on having high expectations.

* Oversee the day to day company management, ensuring that client needs are at the forefront of decision making by all staff.

* Work alongside the CEO to lead the business with full P&L responsibility and taking ownership of most divisions in the company, including Operations, Finance and Talent.

* Manage client relations at the appropriate level, ensuring they are satisfied with service especially at times of crisis

* In conjunction with HR, oversee the production of training plans and material to develop staff

* To incorporate any additional tasks that may fall within your remit in the future

* Implement company changes, supporting the Directors in their vision for company growth and improvement

The Candidate:

* At least 2-4 years’ experience in a senior business management role

* Be able to demonstrate experience of running multiple departments

* Strong leadership skills and the desire to develop other leaders and have an exceptional ‘get things done’ attitude

* Exceptional communication, management and interpersonal skills and will be able to articulate the key values of products, solution and strategy
