This is a brand new and exciting role working in a Branded food business, which is on trend and in significant growth. You will support the development of internal/external category business plans. You will maintain the account administration & documentation including submitting forms for price changes and promotions, manage & circulate core range & promotional activity documentation, weekly maintenance of internal price files is key.

You will keep up to date with store and product activity through store visits and product reviews. You will be responsible for marketing events and regular exhibitions and festivals which our client attends and supports. Specific tasks include but are not limited to:

* Deliver the key initiatives to drive category sales growth by looking at the sales figures and forecasts.

* Work on product costings and analysing promotions, spotting room for new opportunities within the market by visiting sites.

ABOUT YOU:

* Ideally Sales, Marketing, Food or Business qualification – educated to degree level or equivalent.

* Proven experience of working within an Account Management or Sales environment, ideally within the FMCG sector (preferred)

* Strong communication skills, quality focused and commercially minded

* Confident in making presentations and producing written reports

* Work on own initiative, is flexible, positive and confident

* Good IT skills – Word, Excel, Power Point and Access database
