A global materials manufacturer are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join their facility based in Merseyside. The company are a dominant player in their niche product category and are the UK's leading manufacturer.

The company believes that the utilisation of continuous improvement methodologies is of great benefit to the organisation as well as the environment. This opportunity will suit an ambitious and proven CI professional who is confident in their ability to implement change and as a result the successful individual be allowed the autonomy and responsibility to truly make a difference to the company’s performance and culture.

The role is all focused on understanding the current manufacturing operations, analysing relevant data, and designing and implementing a solution to improve the overall manufacturing operations.

The background of the individual for the role will be degree educated in Chemical Engineering and experience working in a CI or Process Improvement capacity for a large manufacturing environment. This could be either in Food, Ingredients, Chemical. The role also involves day to day management of a small team so someone with experience managing teams.
