A large UK-Based Software Solution organisation is looking for 2 x IT Software Support Specialist's to join their existing Helpdesk, delivering diagnosis and resolution to their customers across a range of software solutions and multifunctional devices.

Role Responsibilities:

* You will be required to provide an exceptional level of remote customer service and support, within an agreed SLA

* You will be required to identify Installs/Moves/Additions/Changes and escalate Incidents and Problems to internal colleagues and external developers/vendors where required.

Skills / Experience required:

* A strong background in providing excellent customer service is absolutely essential

* Previous experience within an IT Support Desk is highly desirable, however a competent individual with relevant proven IT skills and experience will be considered.

* Commercial experience supporting Windows Server and Networks, printers is highly beneficial

* Any industry qualifications such as MCP, MCSA, MCSE are of great interest

* A strong knowledge of ITIL will also be beneficial
