Peabody has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team based in London. You will join us on a full time, fixed term basis of 12 months and you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. The Project Manager role: This role will manage a variety of change projects within the organisation, ensuring they are developed, coordinated and delivered successfully. This role includes tracking project delivery and timelines, along with supporting the organisation in preparing for the impact of new ways for working and supporting colleagues in transition to see full adoption. Key responsibilities of our Project Manager: - Create and deliver project work plans, communication plans and business readiness activities, remaining flexible to meet changing needs and requirements - Work with operational managers to embed changes within the business. Identifying what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the planned benefits - Follow the project lifecycle and governance as set by the organisation and to ensure project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored - Ensure that business stability is maintained during the transition and that the changes are effectively integrated into the organisation - Work closely with relevant stakeholders to monitor and review projects, ensuring risks and issues are effectively managed, eliminating bottlenecks to successful delivery - Appraise delivery and project outcomes in order to improve project and change management processes. Ensure project outcomes are sustainable with consistent stakeholder buy-in to support change being embedded What we’re looking for in our Project Manager: - Experience with a varied scale and type of organisational change efforts both strategic and operational - Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles, methodologies and tools - A solid understanding of the how people go through change and the change process - Strong customer focus, displaying an understanding of what excellent internal and external customer service entails and delivering excellent customer care - Able to demonstrate commercial awareness, a robust understanding of the financial implications of change and business case preparation - An ability to critically analyse opportunities and create innovative solutions to suit future business needs - Proven experience of effectively managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, with the ability to influence and persuade through personal credibility, integrity and professionalism - Demonstrate willingness to be ‘hands on’ – to do as well as to manage - A-level or equivalent formal education - Certification in areas of project management or change management If you feel have the skills and experience to become our Project Manager please click ‘apply’ now to be directed to our careers page and complete your application.
