This is an opportunity for an experienced and professional Project Administrator to join an established creative and development agency working directly with a global corporate company on a daily basis. Knowledgeable in Scrum and Agile methodologies along with working directly within an Agile environment is an advantage.

This role will be based in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire and will be responsible for ensuring quality of work carried out by web developers working on CMS and CLM projects. Your primary responsibility would be to ensure quality control processes are maintained for a stable delivery platform and provide a communication link between the client, front-end developers and project managers.

This agency is in the pharmaceutical industry, so attention to detail is essential. It will also be beneficial to be interested in this industry and be able to demonstrate an ability to learn the importance of compliance and legalities of pharmaceutical marketing practices.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Supporting Customer Engagement Team, Front-end Developers and Project Managers
- Support extended development team with ticket issues, schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g assign tasks and next steps)
- Provide support and guidance with CMS/CLM - governance, approval, general project process
- Support Front-end Developers with the publishing and migration process
- Prepare and provide documentation for project process, internal teams and key stakeholders
- Monitor Front-end Developer progress and address potential issues
- Measure and report on Front-end Developer performance

You should have some experience in the digital marketing field, preferably within another Agency. They recognise that Healthcare is a specialist industry, so experience in this area isn't necessary, but is favourable. You must be enthusiastic, driven and focused on delivering projects within time and budget constraints, whilst understanding the juggling act which is ever-present in the world of Project Administration. They are looking for a candidate who can operate as a team-player, whilst also being able to generate their own tasks in order to fulfil a project's requirements successfully.
