Home Managers are autonomous in responsibility for the management of their Home, measured through KPIs like sales leadership, financial, customer and team engagement, recruitment and compliance.

A good planner & troubleshooter

Essential for the role:

- Proven & relevant management experience at a similar level
- Effective prioritisation
- Strong commercial awareness within Sector
- Knowledge of CQC and local authority requirements

Someone with a good history of compliance, nursing experience (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC pin and no restrictions is required.

Salary range starting at £40,000 and upwards, subject to experience.
