We are recruiting for a Sales Advisor in Guildford, which is a busy, successful and important store for the company. Your job will have several key areas:
- Sales; the best people in this role are brilliant at building relationships with customers, and perfectly matching the product that best suits the customer's needs.
- Customer service; this is a very service-oriented company, who pride themselves on giving a great experience to new and existing customers.
- Operations/administration; you are heavily involved in the day-to-day running of the site and making sure that everything is operating smoothly.
You will receive huge amounts of training and support to help your own personal development. Wherever possible, promotions will be made internally; this company has a fantastic track record of career progression, having promoted a huge number of staff from Sales Advisor to Assistant Management, and Assistant Management to Store Management.
The successful candidate for this role will be positive, driven, ambitious, committed and passionate. You must be motivated to come to work everyday and show these traits! You will ideally have some sales experience and be comfortable working to targets and KPIs.
