3rd Line IT Support
As a highly experienced Network Consultant with a proven track record in resolving technological issues, you will be providing IT support up to and including 3rd line support to your team and clients. You will need to ensure all clients receive outstanding customer service and their issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Our client is a managed service provider where compliance, customers and results are placed at the centre of everything they do. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Senior Network Consultant with a relevant degree and significant troubleshooting experience.
Every project you work on will be different, requiring you to adopt a consultative approach. You will need to be able to configure and maintain systems including; security, Office 365, G-Suite and Microsoft Exchange facilities. With a good understanding of IP addressing, you will have demonstratable experience designing networks within offices and creating physical and virtual servers.
Flexibility will be required with out of hours support both on and off site as required.
