This company provides preventative training for young people on subjects such as gangs, knife crime, self-harm & life skills. They also provide training to adults who work with young people within the sectors of early years, children's homes, fostering & leaving care.

Due to rapid growth, they are looking for super confident Business Development Executive's who are ambitious, career driven and money motivated.

They are looking for a Business Development Executive with a strong background in new business, servicing existing clients and a strong commercial awareness. Industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential as proven sales ability is what they are looking for.

You will need to be very confident on the phone as this will be a large part of the daily role.

You will also be computer literate and passionate about what you do, treating your desk like your own business as the rewards are in place for great work ethic.

Salary is £23,000 p.a - realistically in your first year you should achieve above an OTE of £45,000 p.a plus.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 am - 17:00 pm
