Vida Education are looking to recruit a Humanities teacher for a long term cover to start in a Preston Secondary school from April 2019.
You will be expected to teach Humanities with a strong focus on Geography to a high standard and deliver the curriculum at Key stage 3 & 4. You will take the role of a full time member of staff in a highly supportive environment.
This role is will start April 219 and will initially run till Christmas 2019. There is also a strong possibility the position will extend for the right candidate. Ideally the school would like a Geography teacher to teach at Key stage 3 & 4, however, you may be expected to assist with some History and RS classes at Key Stage 3
This secondary school based in Preston was last rated as 'good’ and therefore the school will be looking for a strong teacher to be help maintain the very high standards that have been set. The right candidate will also be able to demonstrate strong classroom management as well as an excellent subject knowledge
