Reinstatement Manager - Warrington Looking after the NW - £35,000 - 40,000 / Excellent Package / , Company Vehicle or Allowence / Pension.

Company Outline

This is your opportunity to join a national company with twelve strategically placed regional offices. The company provides solutions for the Civil Engineering , Building , Mechanical and Electrical engineering sectors.

Role Outline

As a Reinstatement Manager you will be responsible for around 40 teams on the reinstatement side of the Fibre contract the business is working on.

You will manage Black & White Top Reinstatement Teams, Grabs and Runners and its processes ensuring all options have been considered and evaluated to improve performance.

You will also be aware of and somewhat manage the potential FPN Notices so a good working knowledge of the NRSWA act would be crucial.

You will also be required to take part in cross functional meetings and team activities as and when needed.

You will liaise with clients , subcontractors , Councils and other departments in order to establish the relevant support in regards to the company's needs.

You will be leading all staff reporting to the position delegating work loads and monitoring their progress.


Manage and plan the backfill & reinstatement of excavations.
Control of costs - manpower, materials, plant and vehicles, damages etc.
Carry out regular site audits, inspections and plant checks
Ensure the quality of work is maintained to NRSWA standards.
Ensure site safety standards are maintained, assisting risk assessment, accident investigation, site instructions and inspections.
Be able to react to Customer queries and plan works accordingly.
Maintenance and development of LA relationships.
Attendance at Council meetings to discuss defects.


3 Years experience in a similar role
Carry out regular site audits, inspections and plant checks
Excellent communication skills
A positive and enthusiastic approach to work
Excellent organisation skills
Methodological approach.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong problem solving.
Have good IT skills


NRASWA accreditation
CSCS (preferred)
IOSH (preferred)

£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary
Company Car / allowence
Holiday - 33 days inclusive of statutory allowance
