This company is the No.1 importer and distributor for Czech & Slovakia food and drinks in the UK. They are now looking to recruit an Office Assistant.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with the credit control
- Working with Director updating the database i.e. products, prices, etc.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Processing the invoices.
- Diary management
- Processing the sales orders and administration.
- Securing and processing customer orders via phone, fax and email
- Data inputting and updating the company databases
- All aspects of office & sales administration
- Learning all aspects of the office processes
- Stock Control

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised, with the ability to multi task and be IT literate.

This is a great opportunity for a flexible candidate to join a lively busy office in a rewarding position. The ideal candidate will be educated to at least an A level standard or have some previous office administrative experience. (minimum 1 year previous experience)

They offer salary plus bonus based on candidate previous experience which will help candidate performance.
