This well established, small but professional service business, is looking for a new team member to work closely with their Finance and Operations Manager to keep their sales ledger absolutely up to date, chasing their clients for payment on the telephone (and on email) and dealing with queries that arise.

The role is newly created, which means you have an opportunity to stamp your own authority in this vital role, but you will need:

- Excellent Sage Line 50 skills
- A confident telephone manner and a willingness to professionally chase debts
- Lots of experience keeping and reconciling sales ledger accounts for a busy office with lots of clients and a high number of transactions.
- Strong account and invoice query resolution skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise work
- Strong IT and excel skills

They are offering the right candidate a salary of up to £18,500 per annum + 28 days holiday + parking + pension, 37.5 hrs

They will consider part time or flexible working for the right candidate.
