A HR Advisor / Organisational Development Advisor is needed to join a world leading people management accreditation service. Expect to really make a difference within an ambitious organisation who has a very exciting and purposeful mission.

Due to continued success, they are now seeking a proactive HR Advisor / Organisational Development Advisor, who enjoys being able to shape the culture of an organisation to join their small, friendly team

The HR Advisor / Organisational Development Advisor will work in partnership and proactively with managers and colleagues designing, delivering and managing a series of people related projects and initiatives. The scope of the role is varied and will evolve over time. It will include work on their business and cultural values, team health and wellbeing, performance and talent, learning and development, working practices, equality and diversity and organisational change. The role will integral to shaping the internal culture and ensure their people are supported to perform to the best of their ability and deliver amazing things for their community.

To qualify... You should be a HR Advisor / HR Manager / HR Executive / Human Resources Advisor / Organisational Development Advisor / Talent Development Advisor / Human Resources Manager / HR Business Partner / HR Consultant or similar who can demonstrate:

  • Experience of contributing to building a holistic understanding of an organisation and identifying organisational development needs now and, in the future
  • Experience of contributing to the development of innovative and leading-edge people and organisational development strategies, policies and practices
  • Designing and facilitating a variety of organisational development programmes and change initiatives
  • Championing good learning practices and innovative approaches to development and work with managers and teams to identifying learning and development needs and help source appropriate solutions aligned to business requirements
  • Experience in supporting and coaching managers to make well informed decisions/actions regarding their people issues that are in line with company values and principles
  • Working within a team environment, collaborating with team members and senior stakeholders.
