THE ROLE: As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of products used in dental practices. You will target practices, labs and hospitals working closely with Dental Surgeons, Dental Nurses and Dental Technicians. Taking orders from £700-£30k you will need to be an effective relationship builder. Your time will be equally split between account management and new business, upselling within existing accounts and working with the internal marketing team to identify new business opportunities.

THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will have an empathetic style, great people skills and a strong track record in business to business sales. They have a very close-knit team and look to recruit individuals who are great team players. Experience in dental or medical sales would be a distinct advantage in order to be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager.

  • Basic: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Bonus: £10,000 - £15,000
