RedBeagle Recruitment is supporting a client in the Insurance Industry recruit for a Motor Trade Insurance Account Handler

The Role Requires:

* Ensure all client details are recorded accurately

* Exceptional organisational skills to ensure insurance cover is in place by the clients renewal date

* Assist clients with day to day questions and queries relating to existing policies, liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies

* Manage account queries, highlighting any concerns to account managers in a timely manner

* Apply legal and regulatory policies as required

Essential knowledge and Professional Experience:

* Strong planning and analytical skills

* Provide a high level of customer service

* Experience of achieving targets

* Knowledge of Acturis beneficial but not essential as full training can be provided
