Senior PR Executive required for an award winning multi-national brand based at their new HQ in Slough.

Senior PR Executive MUST have experience with a PR agency or within a marketing department working with a PR function and ideally a creative degree such as English, Journalism or Creative Writing.

1st class, outstanding written skills and faultless use of the English language are essential for this position.

The Package:

£30K - £35K , 25 days holiday pa, Healthcare cash plan, employee discounts

The Role:

"This brand new role will work within the Corporate Marketing team to grow our business reputation through PR and external communications. The Senior PR Executive will champion and enhance our reputation with key stakeholders, by sharing our stories voiced by people across our business in foodservice media, such as The Caterer and The Grocer amongst others.

They will work closely on both press office and campaign activity to drive awareness of the brand and bring to life our proposition They will support the PR Manager on ensuring the right messages and stories are told on the right platform, at the right time."

The Team:

As the Senior PR Executive, you will report into the PR Manager, in an expanding team that sits within customer marketing. You will primarily be office based in Slough, and there will be a requirement to visit various depot sites with some overnight stays.

Responsibilities include : Supporting the PR Manager -

Liaising with media pitching stories to press.

Day-to-day running of press office, including handling media enquiries, and writing content (press releases, features, opinion/profile pieces

Measure and evaluate all PR coverage; pull together coverage reports and share highlights and content regularly with relevant internal stakeholders.

Establish a profiling plan to highlight and co-ordinate speaker opportunities, writing speeches if required, ensuring coverage of key launches and PR campaigns;

Attend company and industry events, award dinners and other opportunities to raise our company profile and build relationships with journalists and key industry contacts

Assist the PR manager with general PR-admin
