Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Sunbury On Thames, Kempton, Feltham, Staines,
Salary: Up to £24,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales Administrator will promptly process sales orders from initial input to Production or Engineering. This includes seeking information where incomplete. General administrative duties.
* The Sales Administrator will receive and process orders in the sales department, and promptly collate with quotation or other information into job folders.
* Ascertain delivery date in accordance with work instructions.
* Promptly and accurately enter sales order details into the CRM System.
* The Sales Administrator will create both manual and electronic job folders and pass manual folders down to production team in a timely manner.
* Produce order acknowledgements and order confirmation for all orders received.
* Answer sales telephone calls and take appropriate action until resolution or pass to relevant department.
* Assist with sales or customer related activities as requested.
* Ensure sales inbox is always monitored and dealt with efficiently.
* The Sales Administrator will help administrate social activities in the Company as requested
* Cover for Dispatch as required (training provided)
* The Sales Administrator will carry out HR admin duties with preparing induction packs, booking in training for internal staff and other ad hoc HR admin duties.
* Take actions where targets are not being met.
* The Sales Administrator will drive cost efficiencies and purchasing improvements throughout all processes.
* Consolidate purchases of materials to achieve maximum economic benefit with fewer purchase orders.
* The Sales Administrator will process orders with attention to detail.
* When appropriate take part in data capture and workshops.
* Support visual management of information such as metrics and KPIs in the department.
Key Skills:
* Previous administration experience is essential.
* Preferably working knowledge of sales support
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office
* Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external individuals / departments within the organisation(s)
* Excellent Organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Experience in an engineering environment desirable
