IT Support Analyst required by Nationwide Retail Company based in Amersham and are offering £25k pa. Joining a team of 2 and reporting to the IT Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for professional and polite business as usual support to the head office of approximately 120 end users. The environment is made up of Windows 7/10, Office 365 and will require duties including patching, desk side support and remote support. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work shifts of either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.

To be considered for this role you must hold a full driving license as you will be required to use the pool car sometimes as part of EPOS IT deployments and troubleshooting

Responsibilities include;

·IT Support issues relating to the stores, warehouse, web or head office

·Tracking, prioritizing and solving IT issues through an ITSM ticketing tool

·Providing technical assistance and training to all internal end users

·Develop training materials and procedures

·Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and servers

·Monitor system performance and backups

·Configure, build and test hardware (servers, workstations, till and EPOS)

·Perform out of hours support services where required (8-9am / 5-6pm)

·Liaise with 3rd party support companies regarding in-store hardware and EPOS solutions

Ideal skills;

·Excellent customer service skills and communication

·Experience with Windows 7/10, Office 16/365

·Ability to multi task and work well under pressure

·Experience with the IT landscape in the retail sector

·Experience with help desk management tools
