Customer Service Associate’s in Aldermore’s SME Savings department play a key role at the heart of our straightforward business model: supporting mortgage and business finance lending with deposits from our savers. To date, that has meant working to attract and keep approx. 150,000 retail and SME customers, who trust us to look after deposits that currently total around £7.3 billion. The Role

Customer Service Associate’s support the SME Operations Manager and the SME Customer Service Team by enabling the smooth day to day functioning of the operation. The post holder will ensure that they deliver appropriate levels of service to our customers, in a compliant manner and using robust processes and procedures. Furthermore, the post holder will enable the operation to meet the Vision the department has to deliver exceptional levels of customer service.

The Person

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a telephone based role from either financial services or a regulated environment.

The right candidate will have experience of following processes and procedures and have a high attention to detail. They will also be a confident communicator as this role interacts with external clients and internal teams.
