An established and growing company based in Hyde are looking for an Administrative Support to join their team on a permanent basis. As they are a small company, attitude and fit is crucial to this role and, as such, the ideal candidate will be happy to get stuck in and work within a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:

* Answering phone calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries

* Liaising with supplies with regards to stock, due dates and order process

* Meeting and greeting of visitors

* Processing sales quotes and customer orders

* Maintaining the customer database and ensuring it is kept updated and any information communicated to the Account Manager

* Ensuring orders are shipped to completion

* Compiling and organising of meeting packs, brochures and literature for the Rep

* Managing the Reps diaries

* Being in charge of all client returns and any issues and seeing through to completion

* Overseeing stock control

* Assisting with the finance department with credit control as and when required

* Building up rapport with customers and clients

Person Specification:

* Strong administrative experience required

* Brilliant customer service skills

* Happy working within a fast-paced environment

* Works well under pressure

* Ability to manage a busy work load

* Driven

* Motivated

* Willing to learn

* Passionate

* Personable

* Ability to use initiative

This position is open to immediately available candidates and those on a notice period. Candidates who are immediately available may be invited in initially on a temp to perm basis in order to see if the fit is right.

The client will pay up to £20,000 per annum depending on experience.
