Payroll & HR Coordinator
Solutions Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a part time hr/payroll coordinator based just outside of Newcastle upon Tyne. The hours are 24 hours per week.
Working within a relatively small finance team; you will be required to perform the following duties:
Processing end to end payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
Calculating pay and producing accurate attendance and time sheet reports.
Distribute payslips, send BACS reports, pension summaries and issuing P45's to leavers.
Within the HR function of the role; you will be required to:
Be involved in recruitment for the company
Preparation of contracts and offer letters
Maintaining and updating policies and procedures
Assisting with formal and informal meetings mainly for internal staff.
