Your new role
Working within a small team your main role will be to provide administrative assistant to the finance department. You will be responsible for inputting purchase ledger invoices, making payments, posting and monthly reconciliations for cashbooks and supporting other areas within the finance department.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in accounts payable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary along with being IT literate and be able to confidently use excel. This is very much within a team environment so the ability to work well in a team is essential and you must be self-motivated and be able to hit the ground running.
