Trainee Business Administrator

You will provide excellent standards of client service and be a strong team player.

The Trainee Business Administrator works within the office to help organise client meetings or other appointments and ensuring the work is subsequently processed correctly and the client kept informed in a professional manner.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparing appropriate documents for individual client meetings
  • Ensure relevant paperwork is completed/received
  • File documents post meetings and submit to provider in a timely manner
  • Keep client files in an appropriate manner
  • Send summary of decisions to client post second meeting
  • Chase transfers and any new money received and update client accordingly
  • Correspond with clients both verbally and in written format
  • Sitting on first and subsequent appointments as required
  • Be willing and able to cover other ASC offices when required.
  • Much of the documentation involved in this position is for new business however a flexible approach is expected and assistance for existing business will also be expected as and when necessary
