Reporting to the Head Of Finance they are seeking a talented Finance Manager who has the drive and ambition to challenge the day to day running of the Management Accounting department and support the stakeholders to focus on cost and continued profitability.

Your New Job

As Finance Manager you shall manage and supervise a team of Qualified and transactional staff where your priority is to ensure timely monthly management accounting, accurate budget processes and liaison with differing departments to monitor forecasting across the business. You shall drive and deliver effective financial management and provide support to the Head of Finance To provide management and leadership of one of the management accounting teams that operate within the wider Finance Team. As a team you shall deliver timely management accounting and contribute to the development and implementation of financial and budgetary policies and strategies. With exposure at a senior level you shall continually develop and roll out best practice work collaboratively to develop strong and effective working partnerships.

Your Experience & Our Requirements

You shall be a qualified accountant, (ACA ACCA or CIMA) who has had experience in a leadership role in the past as Finance Manager. Technically sound, with strong Management Accounting skills you shall also have the ability to produce detailed accounts and manage a team to support the stakeholders across the business. Hitting the ground running you shall have experience to improve process and take lead on the production of the monthly/yearly accounts. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
