Sales & Marketing Manager
Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee current sales department, and expand the companies scope of supply.
- Design and implement marketing strategy: markets, and selling methods and respective priorities.
- Prepare the required Forecasting and Sales reports.
- Constantly monitor, incentivize and drive customer performance, analysing the health of business relationships, building trust and productivity.
- Develop and deliver the one year Sales and Marketing plan, improve short term plans, ensuring they fit with strategy.
- Lead and manage the Sales team to achieve individual and company objectives.
- Must have an Engineering background, and have a clear strategy with regards to approaching and obtaining new clients/contracts.
